Refunds & returns

We offer a 14-day return or replacement policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned to our warehouse in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

Important: Items returned to intermediary shipping facilities are not eligible for a refund—only returns sent to our warehouse are accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, email us at  colittco@gmail.com, Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions on how to send your item back. Note: Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Replacement Option

If your product doesn’t fit properly, we offer a free replacement within the first 14 days of receiving your order. This is a quicker and more cost-effective option than a return.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, DEPENDING ON A VALID REASON. After this window, we will have already processed your order with our carriers. by purchasing from us you agree to this term.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Wrong item-

Our store picture and reviews are the actual product you will receive, it may slightly differ to advertisements, so please take note of our product photos and reviews these are most accurate.By purchasing from us you agree to this term

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, plants), custom products (personalized items), personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the current item, and once approved, make a new purchase for the replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Note: Orders that are replaced or exchanged under our policy are not eligible for refunds.
