Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3-7 business days. After dispatch, your shipping time depends on the selected delivery method as mentioned above.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HATS HAVE A HANDMADE COMPARTMENT, SO THE PROCESSING TIME IS A LITTLE DELAYED AS WE ARE OVERWHELMED WITH ORDERS.

If you have your tracking number and there is no movement yet, that is fine and there is no need to worry, it is on the way, it is just awaiting the courier to pick it up.

Once your order has been shipped and been assigned a tracking number, we cannot cancel or stop it while it's in transit. However, our 14-day return policy applies if you choose not to keep part or all of your order after receiving it.
